Dr. Jasmijn Korpershoek
Jasmijn Korpershoek, MD, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Department of Orthopaedic surgery at University Medical Center (UMC) Utrecht. She completed her MD in 2017 and her PhD in 2022, both at Utrecht University, with her doctoral work focused on joint preservation. Her translational research line aims at improving and understanding joint preservation using cartilage cell therapy, orthobiologics, and meniscus preservation. She is the PI of OCA-NL, the project that brought osteochondral allograft transplantation to clinical practice in the Netherlands.
